Fill and Test Device VGU
The universal fill and test device VGU is essential for checking, filling, and venting the most common hydraulic accumulators available on the market. It is screwed onto the fill valve of the accumulator and connected via a high-pressure hose to the nitrogen source, which must be equipped with a pressure reducer. If nitrogen is only to be monitored or reduced, this hose is not necessary.
Fill and Test Device VGR
The fill and test device VGR combines the VGU, a pressure reducing valve (PRV), all compactly stored in a case. This way, you have all the necessary pressure equipment readily available at any time.
Nitrogen Charging Device SLG "Touch"
Standard nitrogen bottles have a pressure of 200 bar. Hydraulic accumulators with a pre-charge pressure >200 bar cannot simply be overfilled. For pre-charge pressures from 100 bar, nitrogen bottles are very underutilized. The ORELL nitrogen charging device allows better utilization of nitrogen bottles, which can be emptied up to 90%, and enables filling accumulators up to 400 bar. The nitrogen charger operates automatically until the set pre-charge pressure is reached.
Gas-Side Valves
To ensure safety in emergency situations, such as in case of fire, nitrogen in the accumulator must be safely vented to prevent exceeding maximum permissible operating data and thus avoid rupture risk. We offer customized safety and remote monitoring solutions tailored to different conditions and system requirements.
